We have been shopping here every week for half a year and love it. We mainly cook Indian food and you can get all the ingredients here, including produce such as Indian eggplant, bitter melon and fresh curry leaves. People are friendly and helpful and there is always parking.

A surprisingly specialized grocery store. When you first see the produce department you will be amazed. They have very fresh, high-quality produce from all over. Their shelves are packed with staples like grains and beans and spices and sweets. If you want Indian foodstuffs, this is where you must go!

Best place to buy Indian grocery and vegetables in Norfolk. Layouts are nice and grocery is displayed nicely. They have fresh vegetables and are priced fairly. Staff is also very helpful. We did lots of shopping of Indian grocery when my son's family moved to Norfolk. A must visit for every Indian for their food necessities !!

I started cooking Indian food, so I visited to stock up on spices. You can get 100 gram and 200 gram bag of common spices, including fenugreek, ajwain, cumin, coriander, etc. I hate buying normal sized spice containers now—I tell all my friends to buy spices here. I also have purchased mortars and pestles here. What I mostly use it for now, which is why it’s my weekly grocery store, is fresh produce and frozen foods. Fresh: cheap and fresh mint, cilantro, curry leaves, Indian peppers, and so many more commonly used fruits and veggies. Frozen: samosas, fruit, sprouted mung beans, okra, lotus root, etc. The staff is helpful. Some have limited English, so they will grab someone else to help, which is zero problem. They’ll recommend products, or tell you how to eat it (some desserts are better cold, while others are better warmed up). I’m always excited to make this trip and so glad it is close to me!!
